Roasted Suckling Pork

Roasted Suckling Pork is the Hong Kong people’s favourite.

It is often cooked for wedding parties and other celebrations.

In Hong Kong,　it is also a daily dish.
The suckling pork is roasted on charcoal fire and only the crispy skin is eaten, with Chinese pancakes and sweet miso sauce.
