SARIOのムスリムフレンドリーメニューの考え

1. Sario dose not receive Halal Certificate by a third party organization.
当SARIOは、第三者機関によるハラール認証は受けておりません。

2. The kitchen is used for general cooking. It is not used exclusively for Halal only.
But boiling noodle pot is for Halal.
厨房は一般調理も行う為、ハラール専用ではありませんが、麺を茹でる茹で麺器に関しては、一般用とハラール用に分けて、2台稼動しております。

3. The meat being used is Halal Certified. Both beef and chicken. 　
(Produced in another factory)
ラーメン、牛丼、バターチキンカレー、ビーフカレーの牛肉・鶏肉はハラール認証を受けたものを使用。
（別工場にて生産）

4. Cutting utensils used in preparing such as chopping boards, kitchen knives and bowls 　are keot separately.
In addition to that, ladles, tongs and other cooking utensils are also　kept separately exclusive for Halal.
まな板、包丁、ハサミ、バット等の調理器具に関してはハラール用に分けて使用しています。

5. Generally,we use the same tableware. However, we sanitize them properly. 　
If you wish not to use our tableware, you can make a request. We will prepare　disposable glass, fork, knife, and wooden chopsticks.
食器は一般メニューと同じ物を使用するが、希望がある場合は使い捨ての容器（カップ・フォーク・スプーン・割り箸）の対応が可能です。

6. Our store does not need the reservation other than a great number of people.
当店は大人数以外、予約の必要はありません。
